Role Summary:

We are seeking a Hands & Feet Engineer to support one of our esteemed customers at an on-site office location in Canton, Ohio. This role requires a dedicated engineer who can provide reliable physical IT support, coordinate with remote teams, and execute assigned tasks efficiently in a structured enterprise environment.

Scope of Work:

• Provide on-site Hands & Feet support for IT infrastructure and end-user devices

• Execute tasks assigned by remote support teams

• Support day-to-day office IT operations

• Follow customer processes, security, and compliance requirements

• Detailed scope of work will be shared separately (attached document)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical IT tasks such as device setup, cabling, equipment replacement, and basic troubleshooting

• Coordinate with remote support and service desk teams

• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timelines

• Maintain proper documentation and reporting

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–4 years of relevant IT support experience

• Experience working as a Hands & Feet Engineer

• Strong understanding of desktop, basic network, and IT infrastructure support

• Ability to work independently in an on-site office environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• CompTIA A+ certification

• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

• Any relevant IT support certifications are a plus

Additional Information:

• Native tech / local engineer preferred

• Dedicated on-site presence required (FTE)

• Immediate or near-immediate availability preferred
