2 Engineers required
3 days per week (scheduled support)
We are looking for experienced L2 OSS Engineers to provide scheduled on-site support at a customer location in Frankfurt. The role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, professional communication, and the ability to operate in a structured enterprise environment.
Provide Level 2 (L2) OSS on-site support
Troubleshoot and resolve operational system issues
Work closely with remote teams and stakeholders
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to support procedures
Proven experience as an L2 OSS Engineer
Fluency in English and the local language (German) – mandatory
EU Citizenship required
Ability to work on-site at the specified location
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
This is a scheduled support role (not full-time daily)
Immediate availability is highly preferred
