## **Location:** MesseTurm, Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage 49, 60308 Frankfurt am Main, Germany

## **Job Type:** On-site | Scheduled Support

## **Start Date:** ASAP

## **Work Schedule:**

- 2 Engineers required
- 3 days per week (scheduled support)

## **Role Summary:**

We are looking for experienced **L2 OSS Engineers** to provide scheduled on-site support at a customer location in Frankfurt. The role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, professional communication, and the ability to operate in a structured enterprise environment.

## **Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide Level 2 (L2) OSS on-site support
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational system issues
- Work closely with remote teams and stakeholders
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to support procedures

## **Requirements:**

- Proven experience as an **L2 OSS Engineer**
- Fluency in **English and the local language (German)** – mandatory
- **EU Citizenship required**
- Ability to work on-site at the specified location
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

## **Additional Information:**

- This is a scheduled support role (not full-time daily)
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
